Fakenham 5k 2023
It was a double wammy for BVH at the Fakenham 5k with both men and ladies winning the team prize. London Landmarks Half Marathon
A massive well done to Gail Hardingham for competing the London Landmarks half marathon. Gail finished in 2.03.29 although, for Gail, it wasn’t all about the time but raising funds for “Aching Arms” in memory of her grandson Neako.
EACCL Final Cross Country Race
In the final race in the series Laurie and Peter Woods were the only two BVH who turned out to battle the muddy conditions at Catton. Over the complete series Laurie was second overall and the first junior. Well done to all the other members who have competed in previous races.
Wymondham 20 2023
It looks like the marathon training is going well for Tom and Matthew as both had excellent runs in the WAC 20 miler. Shouldham Warren – February 2023
While there were several runners at the Norfolk Gazelles’ Valentine’s 10K race, we also had several members of the family keeping the BVH flag flying high at the fifth Shouldham Warren race of the 2022/23 series. Reedham 10 Mile results – February 2023

Reepham Cross Country – January 2023
