Great Yarmouth 5 mile 2nd in the series 2023
In the usual windy conditions at Great Yarmouth out 3 members ran excellent items as follows:- Paul Ward, running yet another pb, was 1st 50-54 in a diamond standard time of 30.55. Belle Watkins was 1st 15-17 in 38.21 Gail Hardingham was 3rd 60-64 in 42.52.
Breckland 10k 2023
