There were some excellent results from our 6 members running the first race in the 5 mile series.
Billy Eccles smashed his Dad’s time in a 3 minute pb and diamond standard time of 27.17. Billy was 4th overall and 2nd 15-17. (at the age of 15 Billy’s dad, Michael ran 30.08) It makes you wonder what else he will do !!
Paul Ward was 1st 50-54 in a diamond standard pb of 31.16.
Joanne Watkins was 3rd lady in a diamond standard pb time of 32.49. This was also a BVH club record.
Fran Cooke running her first 5 mile race was 2nd 40-44 in a gold standard 35.02
Belle Watkins also running her first 5 mile race was 1st 15-17 in a bronze standard time of 38.10
Gail Hardingham was 2nd 60-64 in a gold standard 43.23
