Frankfort Marathon 2017

Craig Bowen-Jones had an excellent run In the Frankfort marathon and he certainly deserved his pb after all the hard work and miles he has put in. His coach Neil Featherby must be really proud. Craig set off steady and gradually increased the pace to finish in a great time of 2.56.03 which is 2 mins quicker than his previous race. Simon Partridge had an excellent run today in the Trowse 10k finishing 7th overall in a pb time of 36.35. Rebecca Hall, running her first race after giving birth to the twins, finished in 49.10. At the windy East Coast 10k Scott Walford had an excellent run finishing second overall and first vet 45 in a time of 34.59 (only 14 seconds outside his pb). Peterborough Half and Chicago Full 2017

Craig Bowen-Jones ran The Peterborough Half Marathon in a pb time of 1.22.27. This all looks good for his forthcoming marathon in Frankfort. As part of his preparation for the Frankfort marathon in October Craig Bowen-Jones ran the Wissey Half Marathon and finished in a personal best time of 1.24.23. Craig was 7th overall and 3rd Vet 45. His training is obviously going to plan.
