Perivale 5 Mile

Billy Eccles was on a mission to beat his Dad’s 5 mile time which he ran at almost the same age when he was 15. Unfortunately he missed it by 3 seconds. East Coast 10k

There were two excellent BVH results at the wet and windy Gt Yarmouth 10k today. Simon Partridge ran 34.43. He was 3rd overall and awarded the 1st M40-44 trophy. Joanne Watkins ran 42.27 winning the 2nd lady 18-39 trophy.

EAMA 10k

Richard Johnson was 1st M45-49 in 36.54. Only missing his BVH pb by 5 seconds. Peggy Baldwin, running her first 10k for BVH, was 4th senior lady in a silver standard 46.09. This was a 2mins 30second personal best time. 

George Munday and Sandringham 10k

Simon Partridge managed to get a last minute entry into the George Munday 10k and he’s glad he did as he ran a 40+ age best and platinum standard time of 33.58. Houghton Hall X/C

It stopped raining just before the races began and started again just after. We were pretty lucky which is most unusual for Houghton.
