Shaun Hurr 44.47 and a silver standard pb

Emily Beavis a 47.43 silver standard pb
Josh Brighty keeping Emily company ran 47.43. This was his first 10k for BVH.
Stephanie Ellis ran a gold standard pb time of 50.50, taking nearly 3 mins off her previous time.
