It was ideal conditions on the 14th January for the Shouldham 5k XC race and we had 8 BVH members taking part with 5 coming away with medals…4 silver and one gold.

Matthew Crane 2nd 45-49 in a time of 19.54
Sally Porter 2nd 60-64 in 29.18
Mark Crookes was 12th 50-54 in 22.38
Stephanie Ellis running over a minute pb was 4th 50-54 in a time of 24.21
