Round Norfolk Relay 2019

What a great result for the BVH RNR team.  Our overall time of 22.01.52 was almost 1 hour faster than 2018. We were the first small club, 4th Club Class and 7th team overall. Salford 10k 2019

Scott Walford, running the Salford 10k, and hoping to qualify for an England vest exceeded all expectations by finishing 3rd overall and first vet 45 in a time of 33.21. This is Scott’s fastest 10k since he started racing as a vet Well done Scott. Absolutely brilliant.
