The day started off with perfect running conditions but soon turned into a very wet and soggy one, making things worse for the spectators rather than the runners!
We had 26 BVH members on the start line and because of the drag back to the finish none were expecting personal best times but three did surprise themselves with Laurie Woods, having yet another excellent run, taking over a minute off his time to run a diamond standard PB of 35.10.
Stephanie Ellis took a minute off her time to run a silver standard 54.54. and Emily Jordan a 30sec silver standard PB of 52.16.
Phil Hurr was in the prizes once again winning the 65 + category in 43.39.
