In the Blickling Half Marathon Louise Paterson, having got a last minute place, and after a hard session on the Saturday before, used it as an easy Sunday run finishing in a gold standard 1.44.41. This was Louise’s first HM for BVH.
Steph Laurence also ran this one in a silver standard pb time of 1.45.11.
