This is a fast course with a top quality field so it was great to see Billy Eccles on the front line in the BVH vest. He set off with the leading group and stayed with them for the first mile which was run in a speedy 4.27. Unfortunately he couldn’t sustain the pace but he still had an excellent run to finish in 15.08.
Michael Eccles and Lee Quibell also had good runs finishing in 16.48 and 18.15 respectively
