Steven Elvin 2nd 60-64 in 41.19.
James Hill ran 46.13.
Leslie Hill with a one second silver standard pb time of 52.34.
Leanne Botwright first 10k as a 40 + with a bronze standard 54.33.
Anne Ellen was 2nd 70+ in 54.50.
