Simon Partridge managed to get a last minute entry into the George Munday 10k and he’s glad he did as he ran a 40+ age best and platinum standard time of 33.58. This was only 1 second off his pb time on the same course back in 2019.
At Sandringham, Alastair Ross ran 47.24 and Charlotte Harris-Cook, in her first 10k, ran 55.29.
