With only 12 weeks of training under his belt, which started with a 5 mile run, Luke Paterson ran the “Wymondham 20″today finishing in 3.27.14. I’m not sure I should mention his sore legs but all I will say is “never wear shorts for a long run that have not been tried and tested or new shoes”!!
This is part of Lukes’ build up to his first marathon in London on October 3rd.
