Michael went through 5k in 16.30 feeling comfortable and on for the fast time he was looking for but was then mis- directed and ended up running 10.7k.
Michael did finish 3rd overall in 34.50.
As Michael says, this is one to put behind him and will now concentrate on his next race.
Tarpley 20
Matthew Crane had a great run in the Tarpley 20 running a 6 minute gold standard pb of 2.36.28.
Matthew’s hard work is certainly paying off.
