In London, our second claim member, Callum Bowen-jones, running for Newham Essex Beagles had an excellent run to finish in a pb time of 31.17.
Bob Carter, a wee bit further down the field finished in 55.02, a great achievement given he hadn’t been very well just a couple of weeks before the race!
