We had 10 members tackling this tough but excellent spectator friendly 5 mile race. The 3 lap course consists of ups, downs and steps making it a good bit of winter training. SEAA X/C Relays 4 x 5k Wormwood Scubs, London Michael Eccles, our first leg runner, had a cracking run, handing over to Matt Stone in 6th position in a superb time of 13.55.
