Fran Cooke won the ladies 40+ age category in the Sportlink grand prix series.It was so well deserved after all the hard work she has put in and the pb’s Fran had to run to win this award.
Michael Eccles wasn’t able to be attend but he won the “Norfolk mens marathon championship trophy” and the “male road runner of the year trophy. Michael has had an oustanding year so the trophies couldn’t have gone to anyone better.
Well done both. Excellent achievements all round.
