Yet another very hot evening for running so a big well done to our two members tackling the conditions at Snetterton.
Dean Hawkins ran 23.00. It’s great to see him back competing after a long time off.
Sally Porter said she had an enjoyable run/walk kind of 5k finishing in 42.06.
