There was some great running by the eleven BVH members today on the Shouldham 6.5k course wirh seven coming away with medals.
Ryan Davidson just missed out on first place by one second but he shouldn’t be disappointed as he ran a great pb time of 21.23.
Jake Spearman was 4th senior man finishing just 10 seconds outside his pb in 22.54.
Matt Stone picked up the 3rd vet V45+ award and in a pb time of 24.33.
Jack Noble running the 6.5k distance for the first time was 7th senior man in 25.05.
Faith Viney was 1st senior lady equalling her pb time of 25.26.
Autumn Hales was 2nd senior lady in an amazing pb of 27.12 . She took over 4 minutes off her previous run.
John Baxter was another medal winner finishing 2nd 60-64 also in a pb time of 27.38.
Frank Gribben a newbie to the distance was 1st 65+ in 28.18.
Natalie Pagett wearing the BVH vest for the first time had an excellent run and finished very strongly in 34.16.
Sally Porter, running, 38.09 was really pleased to win the 55+ age group . I think her medal will take pride of place!
Geoff Porter wasn’t sure, because of his knee problem, if he would get round but he did finish in 43.30 and looking quite comfortable.
Well done all some brilliant times.
