Michael Eccles had an outstanding run at the “night of the 10000m pb’s” with a pb time of 31.49.59 finishing 12th in his race out of 34 athletes.
This is also a Norfolk County Vets track record and knocks our “Chair” Nigel Arnold off top spot. Nigel ran 32.44.53 and has held the record since 12.7.98.
I’ve a feeling Michael’s record won’t be beaten for quite some time either.
