At The George Munday 10k Simon Partridge smashed his 10k time by almost 2 minutes running a diamond standard time of 33.56. Simon was second overall and first 35-39. Excellent run Simon and really well deserved. Both first and second overall broke the course record.
Houghton Hall Cross Country 2019
We had 10 members tackling this tough but excellent spectator friendly 5 mile race. The 3 lap course consists of ups, downs and steps making it a good bit of winter training.
