Norfolk County Cross Country Champs – January 2025
It turned out to be a wet and warm day but it might have been much worse as we could have had snow and ice. If you weren’t wearing spikes you had problems as the ground was exceptionally muddy and a few of our members had some muddy falls. However, we had some great results: In the boys U/17 6k…
WAC New Years Day 10k – January 2025

Larking & Gowing HM – November 2024
It wasn’t a surprise there were no personal best times today in the very windy conditions and we’re not suprised either that some members decided not to run. We know some were disappointed with the times but we doubt there were many pb’s out there today. The best part of the day was seeing Michael Eccles coming round the final…
Wilmslow 10k – November 2024
Another member battling the wind this weekend was Lee Quibell at the Wilmslow 10k and, despite the weather, he finished in a great time of 39.06. The photos say it all. Well done Lee.
