London Marathon 2017

Well done to all the BVH’ers running round the streets of London today and doing the club proud.

Craig Bowen-Jones, running his first marathon for the club, had an excellent run cracking the 3 hour barrier to run 2.58.17.
Vhari King and Karyn Bray were next in and considering they both had a lot of time off due to illness etc ran excellent times, both breaking 4 hours, running 3.52.18 and 3.55.35 respectively.

Bob Carter proved today that mind over matter works and you should never give up. Bob broke his arm earlier in the year but because won the club place in the ballot he didn’t want to let BVH down and he certainly didn’t. He finished in an excellent time of 4.25.38.

Second claim member Aaron Scott finishing 4th male in the club category in a time of 2.17.46.
