What another great turn out of 17 BVH vests for the second of the Yarmouth 5 mile series. Lawrence Wade (28.26) came away with another trophy for second in the male 40+ category and Sarah Stubbs in a pb time of 34.39 was second in the ladies 35+. John Baxter (32.18) and Autumn Hales (37.56) ran their first 5 miles for BVH with John achieving a club diamond standard. Mark Haynes (31.25), Martin Adcock (32.57) and Ian Cleminson (38.18) had their racing shoes on again after a long lay off and with a few more races under their belts will soon be back up to speed. Denver Slowther (35.55) is also getting his mojo back taking 2 minutes off the last race.
