There was a mixture of all sorts of weather for this one from head wind, tail wind and hot spells. But a good morning and good results were had by all:

Stephanie Ellis had an excellent run breaking the 55-59 club age record in a diamond standard 23.23. It was going to happen eventually!
Sam Smith ran a bronze standard 50-54 age best time of 24.05.
Simon Alcock ran 29.00.
