It was pleasant evening for the first ever Aylsham Epic 5k race. It was great to see the locals come by and fully support the runners in this well organised event.
So to the results, starting with the ever impressive Chris Mickleburgh. Chris only signed up at 4.30pm on the day and managed to bag himself 4th place in 17.24. Jack Noble, who is really going from strength to strength, secured 10th place with a solid time of 17.43. Good to see Adrian Jay coming in at a time of 21.06 followed by Sarah Jay at 25.29.
Last but not least was Becky Hitchens in her first race since February . Becky felt nervous before the race but she had found the strength and belief to finish in a great time of 26.57.
