In the second of the Bungay Summer Series Laurie Woods took a minute off his 10k time finishing in 38.47.
Gail Hardingham was first lady 60-64 by 2 seconds running 50.19.
North Walsham 5k
On a very hot and humid evening Michael Eccles was first across the line In the Epic North Walsham 5k in a time of 16.26.
Paul Ward was 2nd M45+ in 19.14 and Leanne Botwright finished in 24.19.
Humpty Dumpty 10k
The two BVH members running the Humpty Dumpty in the hard conditions today certainly deserved thier medals.
Michael Eccles was second overall, and that was after competing in the North Walsham 5k on Friday night, finishing in 34.55.
Sabina Spence was second lady 45-49 in 44.21.
