We had three members running the Lotus test track 5k:
Shaun Hurr, after his marathon, is on a mission to run under 20 mins again for 5k and is getting closer with each race. His time here was 20.23.
William Simpson is also trying hard to run a sub 20 mins 5k. Unfortunately tonight wasn’t the night but he still ran an excellent 20.39.
Dennis Simpson ran a BVH club pb time of 24.47.
