On a very tough and muddy 9k course all BVH members ran a strong race coming away with an inidvidual and a team gold medal.
Our first gold medal came in the male masters race with Scott Walford winning the 45+ age category in 31.59. Scott was also 3rd overall in the race beating many of the younger 40+ runners.
The second gold medal was in the V60-69 team category with Nigel Arnold, Phil Hurr and Frank Gribben totalling 34 points. The second place team totalled 53 points and the 3rd team 65 points. So a very emphatic victory.
