Sabina Spence had a superb run in the Milton Keynes Marathon. She finished 9th lady overall and 1st lady 45+ in a diamond standard time of 3.20.48, taking over 20 minutes off her previous time. This is also a ladies club record. Well done Sabina – great achievement.
