The weekend started off well with Arron Coe running a 10k pb at Stratford in 42.52. This didn’t reflect his exact time to 10k as the the course was extended to 6.5 miles to avoid new road works otherwise it would have been 40.57. Not to worry Arron there’s plenty more races on the calendar. You’ll crack the sub 40 very soon. Well done. Great run.
