Two members had a go at this one.
Carl White had a bit of a niggle so he sensibly eased back and just ran it as a training run. He finished in a gold standard 1.30.29. This was Carl’s first half marathon for BVH.
Paul Ward who has been drafted into the RNR team and to get 13 miles under his belt also took it as a training run. He finished in a gold standard 1.34.42. This was Paul’s first half marathon as a 50 year old.
Well done both and very sensible running.
