The Watford Harriers Open track meeting on Wednesday 25th July was worth the trip as there were 4 x 200’s, 14 x 1500’s and 3 x 3000’s to watch. The elite event of the evening was a 3000m where the first 11 athletes went under 8 minutes.
Depending on your previous pb all events were graded but unfortunately Ryan Davidson was put into a much slower heat than he would have liked and although he lead from start to finish he was hoping for a more competive race. Ryan won with a very big margin in 9.22.6.
