Considering the really windy conditions and the heavy downpour towards the end of the race our 4 members ran some excellent times.
Steven Elvin was 2nd M60-64 in 40.39.
Mark Crookes ran 45.35.
Stephanie Ellis ran the first BVH pb of 2025 with a diamond standard time of 49.53 and, like Beth, this was her first time running under 50 mins. Steph was also 3rd L55-59.
Simon Alcock in his first run as a 55+ ran 58.54.
