We had 13 BVH on the start line for the Norfolk Gazelles Valentine 10k and, considering, it was the first race of the year for quite a few, the results were excellent, especially on the not so fast course.
We came away with 4 County medals, with Sarah Stubbs winning an individual bronze in the F40-44 category. The senior men won a bronze County Team medal, which was totally unexpected, The team consisted of Sam Coyne, Steven Cannell, Matthew Crane and Arron Coe.
Well done to Alexandra and Olly Haswell on their first race for the club with Olly running on a hangover and Alex on a bacon sandwich.
Personal bests were achieved by Karyn Bray with Paul Rogers equalling his pb.
