Lawrence Wade, Sam Coyne and Rick Ward did the club proud in ‘The Lord Mayors 5k’ all turning in some excellent times in this high quality race. Lawrence ran 17.03 which is his fastest time on the hard and certainly not pb course and Sam, on his first attempt at the race, ran 17.10 and is looking forward to having another crack at it next year. After a long spell off this was Rick’s first race of the season proving he is getting back to form running 18.36. Well done lads – it was great to watch.
