Shouldham’s first race in the 2017 series was very successful for BVH with, the lads, Steven Cannell first in 16.14, Sam Coyne 4th in 16.47, Frazer Heasman 6th in 17.15 and John Dungar 12th in 19.41. In the 40+ age group Ian Jermy took first place in 18.17. Matt Stone was 5th in the 45+ in 19.18. In the 60+ category Frank Gribben, in his first race for the club, finished first in 20.01 and John Baxter 3rd in 20.50. In the senior ladies race Hannah Stone was 7th in 22.06, Autumn Hales 10th in 23.20 and Tara Baxter 12th in 23.28.
The next race at Shouldham is the 9k on 19th November. Lets have a full squad out for that. It’s an excellent training run!!
