On a cold morning but good conditions for running BVH had some excellent results.

Thomas Abbs ran a diamond standard 4 min pb in 59.25
Tom Jordan ran 1.02.23
Steven Elvin was 2nd V60 in 1.04.50
Lee Quibell, running his first 10 miler, ran a gold standard 1.06.34
Al Ross ran a gold standard 6 min pb in 1.07.41
Cee Cook ran a gold standard 5 min pb in 1.17.48
Beth King ran a silver standard 2 min pb in 1.23.49
Annabel Brown ran a bronze standard 2 min pb in 1.27.34
Simon Alcock ran a 2 min pb in 1.36.27
