Norfolk County Cross Country Champs – January 2025

It turned out to be a wet and warm day but it might have been much worse as we could have had snow and ice.
If you weren’t wearing spikes you had problems as the ground was exceptionally muddy and a few of our members had some muddy falls.  However, we had some great results:
In the boys U/17 6k race Billy Eccles was 2nd in 18.25.
In the U/20 girls 6k race Belle Watkins was 6th in 28.33.
Everyone else ran the 10k course

Michael Eccles was 9th overall and first 40-44 in 31.51.
Jack Noble in a sprint finish with Laurie Woods was 28th and 5th 35-39 in 35.57.
