Lawrence Wade travelled to Horwich to compete in the British Masters 5k championships and on a hilly course, as you would expect from ‘Up North’, he finished 36th overall and 10th in the 40 + age group in 17.23.
Mike Groves 10k 5th June 2016
Graham Cox and Karen Wraighte ran the Mike Groves 10k on the new route which took in two laps of the perimeter of the airfield at the old RAF base at Coltishall. Graham was first in the 65+ age category in a time of 49.00 and Karen, in her first 10k for the club, ran a time of 56.00.
