What a lovely sunny morning it turned out to be for our 10 members running on the new Mike Groves course. It was like a summers day. We had some excellent results too:
Simon Partridge was 7th overall and first V40+ in 36.07.
Lee Quibell, after trying for 5 years to run a personal best time, managed it here by running a diamond standard 38.16.
Steven Elvin was 3rd V60+ in 40.09.
Mark Crookes ran an age best gold standard time of 43.37.
Cee Cook was 3rd V40+ in a gold standard pb time of 46.02.
Frannylou in her comeback race was 4th V40+ in 46.19.
Steph Ellis was 3rd V55+ and, after trying numerous times, ran an age club record W55+ time of 49.22. This was also a pb too.
Martin Colley ran 50.50.
Simon Alcock ran 56.51.
Paul Woodyatt 1.17.26.
