Sam Coyne was called up at the last minute to represent Norfolk in the inter-counties champs at Loughborough. He made sure his selection was well deserved as he finished 3rd Norfolk scorer from a team of nine. Sam ran the 12k course in 51.12 and was 182nd overall. As the photo shows the conditions were very hard with mud from start to finish. But what is cross country without mud!! Well done Sam and to the rest of the squad.
