On a cold and windy summer morning (!), Carl White, had a great run to finish in a V45 diamond standard age best time of 36.09 and was 2nd V45.
Joanne Watkins feeling under par and wasn’t a happy bunny with her time of 44.22 but she was still 3rd female 18-39.
Simon Alcock ran a steady race to finish in 56.52.
