Steven Elvin, as usual, had a very even paced controlled run to finish 1st 60-64 in 1.29.13.
Cee Cook said she actually enjoyed running in the heat and proved it by running a 6 minute gold standard pb time of 1.44.53.
Stephanie Ellis who is improving all the time and running her first half marathon finished 3rd 55-59 in a diamond standard 1.51.51.
