We had three members racing in Great Yarmouth on the 3rd March:
In the 10k, Belle Watkins who only decided the night before to run and was glad she did as she ran an excellent bronze standard 5 minute pb time of 49.44.
In the Half Marathon, Joanne Watkins continuing to improve had a great run to finish first lady overall in a diamond standard 4 minute pb time of 1.30.46 and
Simon Alcock, using this as part of his training plan, ran 2.13.56. Simon says he was really happy with his run and how strong he felt at the end.
