Craig Bowen-Jones had a great run in the Frankfort Marathon finishing with pb and in a diamond standard time of 2:55:22. Craig was hoping for 2:53:00 and wasn’t too pleased with his run and annoyed with himself for setting off a bit too quick but at the end of the day a pb is a pb. He is now planning his training with his coach, Neil Featherby, for next year and hoping for faster times over 10 miles, half marathon and the marathon. Good luck Craig.
