We had three members running this 10k:
Mark Crookes, running his first 10k as a 55+, ran a gold standard time of 44.11 which equals his best time for 2024. Mark was 5th male 55+.
Steph Ellis, not to be outdone by husband Mark and also running her first 10k as 55+, ran a gold standard 51.26 and was 2nd female 55+.
Alastair Leckie, running his first 10k of the year and coming back from injury, ran 44.23.
