This 5 lap fast and excellent spectator course always proves very popular with all runners and consists of an open 5k race, an elite women’s and mens 5k and also incorporates the Essex Championships.
Belle Watkins running in the open 5k finished first under 20 in 23.35.
Joanne Watkins in the elite women race was 3rd 40-44 in 20.21
Billy Eccles, in the elite men’s race, was 23rd overall and 4th under 20 in a platinum standard pb time of 15.05
