In the worst of running conditions with heavy rain and deep puddles our two members acquitted themselves well with both having great runs. Leanne Finch was third lady running a platinum BVH pb and a ladies club record in 1.21.56. Alastair Leckie, running the distance for the first time as 45+, ran a gold standard 1.35.56. EAMA 10k 2025

Although quite a tough course the running conditions were kind and not as windy as usual. Matthew Crane was 4th 45-49 running 42.23 James Hill, who equalled his pb, ran 45.00. Just one final sprint would have done it!! Well done both.

George Munday 10k 2025

As is the norm the Fenland 10 miler proved to be rather windy but it didn’t stop out three menbers running great times. Great South Downs 10 Mile 2025

Gail Hardingham, running in memory of Neako who would have been 10 this weekend, finished in a gold standard 65-69 age record time of 1.36.47 and only 20 seconds off diamond. Her splits were 5k 30.01, 10k 1.00.19, 15k 1.30.25. How’s that for pacing.

Blickling Half Marathon 2025

Rob Hirst, running his first half marathon, was 12th overall and 7th in his age category in an excellent gold standard 1.23.33. Declan Nicol also running his first half and running with a cold ran 1.49.39 Well done both.
